This Black Anodized Aluminum Shaft has a heavy duty, black powder coated aluminum arm cuff and one of my new "Universal Shaft Locks" (no cam to get crapped up). Upper rod measures 18 long and all hardware is stainless steel. Handle and arm cuff are both adjustable, so you can set it up to suit yourself.
