Plugger 33 Hip Mount Shaft for Minelab Excalibur in Carbon Fiber

This 33" rod is made from high quality " Carbon Fiber" with a "new ribbed vinyl adjustable handle. Note: the stock "S" shaft that comes with a new detector is only 27 in length. This shaft comes with a heavy duty, black powder coated aluminum arm cuff and a "new" improved Shaft Lock, and, there are 8 holes for adjusting the coil stem (not included) and the handle can be easily moved along the rod by loosening the clamp with the Hex Wrench that is also provided. In addition, I have drilled the holes thru both sides so you can use the Whites coil rods (cheaper than Minelab and lighter too) if you so desire. The Whites style heavy duty cuff (as used on their most expensive detectors) is secured with 1/4 stainless steel hardware. Now comes with my new Shaft Lock on the lower end for even better stability and is a lot less susceptible to sand & salt corruption (does not have a cam to get crapped up) and much less likely to seize up (see 2nd picture). And, I also have Hip Mount Belts & Chest Mount Harnesses! Available in either a "Glossy" (pictured) or Matte (flat black) finish. Please check out my other listings too.
