Dirt Dog 6x24 Cleanup sluice 5 gallon bucket mounting kit

The cleanup sluice bucket kit offers many advantages over other cleanup sluice options such as cleanup buddy and boss. Allows use of existing 6x24 river sluice or power sluice with whatever mat you prefer. Much larger mat area than other cleanup sluices for bigger jobs.

Fully contained water system, no extra containers or external leaks - use indoors, wife approved! Install sluice within seconds with quick release clamps. Flexible angle adjustment from 6-13 deg to suit the mat and concentrate size. Optional angle level to quickly determine levels from 6-13 deg (requires top of sluice is parallel to bottom). Side to side leveling screws.

Install header box quickly with one tightening screw, no drilling required. Clamp pump near top of water level, and concentrates are directed down on opposite side (add a flexible baffle for more separation). Mounting pad to install user sourced AC or DC pump control electronics (ask me about compatible controllers). Can clamp mat directly with header box to reduce concentrates that typically accumulate under metal mat clamp.

Fits on Lowes and Home depot style 5 gal buckets (should cover most similar 5 gal buckets, no guarantees). Complete system can fit in bucket for easy transport into the field or compact storage in the garage. Recommend maximum 1000 gph pump or lower flows.

Best used with a controller to reduce flow rate or pumps around 500 gph. Header fitting size is for 1-1/8 bilge pump hose allowing up to 1000 gph pumps to be used (useful if running header on the river not just cleanup sluice).

Pumps with 3/4" hose will need to be adapted up to 1-1/8" bilge hose. Let me know when purchasing if you need a 3/4 adapter.
