DDT li-ion battery for Minelab Excalibur

DDT underwater li-ion battery designed for underwater metal detectors and other underwater devices powered by 12V and allows to use an external battery. For installation need to attach battery to the shaft with plastic clamps, install sealed connector on the wire of the MD unit or use special adapter for original Excalibur connector. To remove battery from shaft it's necessary to open rotary clamps, pull the case in the direction to the socket (replaceable fastening left on the shaft). Excalibur can operate with two batteries: original and DDT li-ion, which are installed in different places.

One of the batteries can be used as a main or backup. To recharge DDT battery, disconnect sealed connector from battery and connect the charger.

Charging process controlling automatically by LED indication built in charger. Battery designed for use underwater for a depth up to 50 m. Box material: Plastic, 3d printing. Protection: Build-in protection for overcharge, discharge, short circuit. Life: min 300 cycles of full discharge/charge and then by technical condition.

Weight (only battery): 0,3 kg, (full kit): 0,4 kg. Operation time: Up to 55h (on a single charge). Depth up to 50 m (tested).
