Garrett Ace 350 Metal Detector Preowned For Parts or Repair Includes Accessories

You are viewing a pre-owned Garret Ace 350 metal detector. I have had it for a few years; to my recollection it has been lightly used about one or two times, it is in otherwise excellent condition except for the fact that the battery compartment is malfunctioning which is why I have listed it for repair or parts. I found the old batteries (it takes 4AA) had corroded.

After removing them and cleaning out the compartment I tried it out with a fresh set of my own batteries, but it did not power on. If that part could be repaired it would make an excellent tool again. I'm also including the accessories it came with, which include the user guide booklet, the zip-up carrying bag, headset and search coil. All items came from a smoke-free home I share with my kitties but it was stored in the closet where the cats couldn't get to it.
